Track Name: Tech-Funk Segments
Track Length: 1:31
Description:
Not really a full music composition, more like fragments: Minimal slap bass, programmed beat and heavily processed guitar line segments. This minimal treatment is intended to be useful for some video production purposes where a full song or melody is not desirable. Composed by C.P.Bryan. {ambient, electronica, funky, techno, sci-fi, soundscape, Bass_Guitar}
This track was originally composed as an elegy for Fred Katz, who wrote film soundtrack scores for several Roger Corman films in the 1950s and 1960s. For those who have never heard of Corman: he produced and directed sci-fi and horror films with titles like "Night of The Blood Beast" and "The Wasp Woman" (just to give you some examples). However, after much application of effects and processing, the mixdown of this composition has ended up sounding a lot more like industrial electronica than retro horror b-movie fare - perhaps more like a subtle soundscape than was originally intented... Composed by Steve Lowther. {melancholy, neoclassical, motion}
Ambient electronic dub with a pleasant sentimental melody and extended analog synth solo. Composed by Lowther_and_Bryan. {sentimental, Synthesizer, electronica, mellow, breezy, smooth, relaxing, cheerful, pop, dreamy, ambient, dub, sci-fi}
Electronic dub reggae song about the feeling of being under constant surveillance and bombarded with government propaganda in a dystopian technological society. Composed by C.P.Bryan. {sci-fi, dub, reggae, mystery, whimsical, Bass_Guitar, Electric_Guitar, electronica, dystopian, intrigue, detective, alienation, song, vocal}
Atmospheric electronic textures and a meditative repeating melody make this track a good choice for backing music in productions emphasizing imagination and exploration: fantasy, sci-fi, space travel, deep ocean cinematography, mystery, the supernatural and even science documentaries. Composed by Enrico Altavilla. {intrigue, fascination, sci-fi, dreamy, exotic, electronica, ambient, atmospheres, Synthesizer, detective, cinematic, mellow, meditative}
1980s style electronic track with the typical thumping 4/4 beat and synthesizer voices typical of the era. Has a kind of cheesy science fiction feel. Composed by Steve Lowther. {electronica, Synthesizer, sci-fi, dance, party, excitement, intrigue, fascination, Heavy_Drumming, action, adventure}
Sounds like it could have been background music for the "Cantina Scene" in the original Star Wars movie. (You know - where different species of aliens from all over the galaxy are drinking in a bar?) Exotic electronica with a North-African feel plus a robotic sounding vocal melody. Composed and produced by C.P.Bryan. {sci-fi, exotic, adventure, cinematic, breezy, electronica, Ethnic-World}
Space age music for cutesy ballerina automatons on the wild frontier of the outermost reaches of the galaxy. Composed by Lowther_and_Bryan. {sci-fi, relaxing, mellow, electronica, neoclassical, sentimental, business, calm}
